The Wastewater Administrators Conference (WWAdCon) provides the opportunity to interact with other superintendents and administrators from across the state. Hotel Information:
The Bavarian Inn Lodge will be taking all reservations directly with a special price for WWAdCon Attendees. If you wish to stay at the hotel for the conference, you must call the hotel directly at 855-652-7200 or reserve your rooms online ( with group code 1345P0 to arrange your room for those nights. Your WWAdCon attendee registration does NOT include lodging. The special rate for WWAdCon Attendees is $85 plus tax if reservation is made by December 18th, 2022.

MWEA Cancellation Policy:

1. Registration Substitutions within the same organization are allowed; however, registration rates will be calculated according to MWEA membership status. Written cancellations received at least 10 days prior to the start of the event will be eligible for a refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days from the start of the event will receive no refund.

2. Under extenuating circumstances, a credit for training may be issued but is only redeemable for MWEA event registrations and must be used within the same calendar year. Credits are granted at the sole discretion of the Executive Director. 

3. If you must cancel last minute due to COVID illess or exposure, please inform MWEA Staff to cancel your registration. We will issue a credit or refund if the invoice has already been paid.
