The 96th MWEA Annual Conference will be a HYBRID event with options for IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL Attendance.

About the conference: The conference begins on Sunday, June 27 with a Welcome Reception (new location: outside the Mountain Grand Lodge on the lawn). If you arrive Saturday or early on Sunday morning, you may want to participate in the Annual Golf Outing or the Water For People Canoe Trip, both of which take place before the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening.
The conference continues from Monday through Wednesday with Technical Sessions.
Exhibits will be open Monday night as well as entertainment and social activities scheduled each day.
A FREE Conference App will be available to all attendees. It will include the conference schedule, technical sessions, exhibit night map and more! Download information will be available closer to the conference date.
Cost to Attend: Your conference registration does NOT include your hotel room or meals. The registration cost will vary depending on if you attend the full conference, one-day only, if you are a member or non-member, etc.

First Time Attendee & Referral Discount: First time attendees receive $40 off a full conference registration (discount code FIRST). Refer a first time attendee and receive a $10 discount on your own registration (discount code REFER).

Hotel Room Reservation: A room block has been reserved at Boyne Mountain Resort with a variety of room options. See the lodging tab for more info. The deadline for reservations in the MWEA Room Block is May 27th, 2021.
The Awards Luncheon will be held at 12:00 PM on June 29th, 2021. The in-person ceremony will be held in a tent behind the Civic Center and will be recorded. Virtual participants can view the recording starting Monday, July 5th.
The Leadership Celebration will be held at 7:00 PM on June 29th, 2021. The in-person ceremony will be held in the Civic Center and will be live-streamed starting at 7:40 PM. Virtual participants can also view the recording starting Monday, July 5th.
